Technically, the
market is at a place where it could undergo some temporary weaknesss
in the form of a correction back toward... 50-day moving averages.
This is normal behavior--two steps forward and one back in bull
markets. A 10% pullback is not unexpected at this time, especially
since short cycles are over extended and appear to be topping
out. The bull market remains intact, as long as weekly and monthly
higher highs continue and momentum remains positive. An excellent
buying opportunity, to open new accounts or add to existing accounts,
could occur in the next week or two, then look for new highs before
month end.
